? Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Order Management lifecycle , from order creation to fulfillment.
- Handle customer orders, order booking, and billing-related queries .
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for smooth order processing.
- Work on SAP ; experience with SAP ByD is preferred.
- Knowledge of SNOW (ServiceNow) will be an added advantage.
- Use MS Office, especially Excel , for day-to-day operations and reporting.




- Act as a Process SME , providing process guidance and resolving team queries.
- Identify training needs and conduct process training and knowledge-sharing sessions .
- Create and maintain training manuals and process documentation .
