About the Role:

We are looking for an Order & Inventory Management Executive to manage day-to-day online orders, inventory, store replenishments and coordination with our retail partners. The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Full-time on-site role in Andheri East, Mumbai

- Manage online orders including packing, shipment booking and alterations
- Manage inventory inward/outward in the inventory software – final packing, tagging, barcoding and storage
- Keep Shopify inventory updated
- Coordinate store replenishments based on sales and requirements
- Handle store inquiries regarding stock availability and orders




- Manage order returns and QC coordination for final approval of returned orders
- Coordinate with marketing team, prepare and pack Sourcing pieces for dispatch
- Coordinate with store partners and track their requirements
- Collect and maintain store sales reports and ensuring timely invoicing and collection

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in fashion, retail, inventory or order management
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Shopify and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive communication and follow-up skills across other departments
- Ability to multitask and work independently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
