Role Summary

We are seeking 8+ years experienced Oracle Primavera Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Primavera Unifier and good to have the Primavera P6. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, solution design, configuration, and client handling across industries such as construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Own solution architecture, design strategy, and overall delivery governance.
- Lead requirement workshops with CXOs, project directors, and senior stakeholders.
- Define enterprise-level configurations including EPS, OBS, WBS, calendars, resource structures, and cost control frameworks in P6.
- Architect and configure advanced business processes, workflows, cost management, contract management, and document controls in Unifier.
- Drive integration strategy with ERP systems such as Oracle ERP.
- Oversee data migration strategy, validation, and system performance optimization.
- Provide strategic advisory on project governance, portfolio controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Lead UAT cycles, training strategy, change management initiatives, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Ensure quality assurance of FDDs,



solution architecture documents, test scripts, and deployment documentation.
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and implementation teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Primavera solutions.
- 3+ years in a leadership or solution architect capacity.
- Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle enterprise implementations.
- Strong expertise in project planning, cost management, contract management, portfolio management, and advanced reporting.
- Proven experience in large-scale enterprise integrations and data migration.
- Strong understanding of Oracle database fundamentals and system architecture.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and delivery ownership.
- Experience leading multi-location or cross-functional teams.
- Robust analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / IT / Management

· Experience in large infrastructure or EPC projects

· Relevant Primavera or project management certifications.
