- Lead the design, build and configuration of Oracle OTM applications
- Act as the primary technical point of contact
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Manage and guide development teams
- Design and support transportation management integrations
- Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues
- Participate in technical discussions and key project decisions
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members
