Role & responsibilities

We are hiring Oracle HCM Senior Consultants Core Modules with solid experience in Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll and Fast Formulas. This role will involve active participation in all phases of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and implement Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or OTL modules.
- Create and test Fast Formulas and manage data uploads using HDL/HSDL.
- Support clients during CRP, SIT, UAT, and go-live.
- Prepare functional documentation, conduct trainings, and support production rollout.
- Provide support and maintenance for post-go-live environments.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with 2+ full-cycle implementations.
- Must have Core HR, Payroll,and Fast Formulas.
- Positive understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirements in the Middle East.
- Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, and basic integration knowledge.
