- Total experience of 5-10 years in Oracle ERP / SCM
- Minimum 2 endtoend Oracle Fusion Order Management implementations
- Minimum 2 Oracle Fusion Order Management support projects
- Experience in integration for order capture and order fulfillment
- GOP experience
- Solid handson experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management
- Experience in daytoday L2/L3 support activities for Fusion Order Management
- Ability to handle client interactions and functional discussions independently
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model
- Strong knowledge of OrdertoCash (O2C) business processes
- Handson exposure to Oracle Fusion SCM modules like Inventory and Shipping
- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis,



and issue resolution
- Handson experience in BI Publisher (BIP) report development and support
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for validation and data analysis
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion integrations (inbound and outbound)
- Ability to coordinate with technical, middleware, and client teams
- Experience supporting monthend and business critical cycles
- Good documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in clientfacing, fastpaced environments
