NAbout the Role

nWeare looking for a skilled and patient-focused Optometrist to join our eye care team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, performing diagnostic tests, assisting ophthalmologists, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

NResponsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive vision and eye examinations.
N
- Perform refraction, subjective & objective, and determine appropriate prescriptions.
N
- Conduct tests such as visual acuity, IOP, keratometry, pachymetry, OCT, visual field, and other diagnostic procedures as required.
N
- Assist ophthalmologistsduring patient examination and clinical procedures.
N
- Identify and appropriately refer patients with ocular conditions requiring specialist consultation.
N
- Provide pre- and post-operative counselling and basic patient education.
N
- Maintain accurate patient records and diagnostic reports.
N




- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of optometry and diagnostic equipment.
N
- Coordinate with the Front Desk, Counselling, OT, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
N
- Follow hospital protocols, hygiene standards, and patient-safety guidelines.

nQualifications

n

N
- B.Optom / Bachelor of Optometry from a recognized institution.
N
- Relevant clinical experience preferred;

freshers may also apply.
