ELIGIBILITY

- Diploma holders in ECE, EEE, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related engineering streams
- Candidates with less than 50% aggregate marks are eligible
- Candidates with above 50% aggregate marks are not eligible
- Freshers and candidates looking to build practical manufacturing skills are encouraged to apply
- Candidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing environment and undergo structured On-the-Job Training

JOB SUMMARY The selected candidates will undergo structured hands-on training in cable assembly operations within a high-precision aerospace and defence manufacturing environment. This opportunity is specifically designed for Diploma candidates who are eager to develop practical industry skills, manufacturing exposure, and hands-on experience, irrespective of academic performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Study cable assembly drawings and work instructions
- Prepare materials, tools, and components required for assembly operations
- Perform cable laying, routing, dressing, and cable assembly activities as per defined procedures
- Follow SOPs, control plans, and quality standards during assembly operations
- Maintain process discipline, workmanship, accuracy, and productivity
- Perform basic inspection and identify assembly-related issues
- Coordinate with QA teams for inspection and rectification activities
- Maintain proper documentation and process records
- Follow workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards
- Participate actively in structured skill development programs
- Support production and manufacturing teams as required

SHIFT TIMINGS Rotational shifts applicable as per business requirements

- 1st Shift: 6:10 AM to 3:00 PM
- Females will be deployed in this shift only
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 11:30 PM to 6:00 AM
- Very limited deployment in this shift
