Veil of Veda® is building a new category in beauty: high-performance makeup × skincare hybrids.

We believe makeup lovers shouldn't have to choose between looking good today and caring for their skin tomorrow. Our products combine immediate beauty payoff with thoughtful skincare, bringing together Ayurvedic ingredient wisdom and modern, clinically studied actives.

We are an early-stage, boot-strapped brand and are looking for someone who wants to be part of the 0→1 journey — building the operational backbone that will help us scale.

P.S - Currently it is a ESOP based role. Salary will kick in once we reach certain milestones - can discuss when we connect.

What you'll own

- Supply Chain: Manage manufacturing, vendors, production timelines and procurement.
- Inventory & Logistics: Own inventory, warehousing, 3PL and fulfilment.
- Channel Operations: Ensure smooth operations across D2C and marketplaces.
- Systems & Execution: Build processes, track performance and solve operational bottlenecks as we scale.

What we're looking for
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, D2C, FMCG, beauty, consumer brands or a related environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory, fulfilment, logistics and vendor management.
- Experience working with manufacturers, warehouses, 3PLs or supply-chain partners is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Decent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and vendor-management skills.




- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-changing 0 to 1 environment.
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
