Role Description The Operations Manager role at Stan LEDx is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi.

The Operations

Manager will oversee daily operational activities, including production planning, inventory control, logistics coordination, and vendor management. This role is responsible for optimizing processes to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards for LED lighting products and solutions.

Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, marketing and technical support to align operations with business goals and customer requirements. The position also involves monitoring performance metrics,



implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and leading operations staff through clear communication, coaching, and structured workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, production planning, and workflow design.
- Experience with supply chain, inventory management, and logistics coordination in a manufacturing or hardware-focused environment.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and ERP or inventory systems to track performance, costs, and operational metrics.
- Ability to manage and mentor teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are mandatory.
- Prior experience in lighting, electronics, entertainment technology, or a related industry is required.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
