Role Overview: Responsible for managing seed processing operations, ensuring quality compliance, SAP-based order management, and smooth coordination between warehouse and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Seed Processing: Oversee conditioning, packing, and handling of seeds.
- Order Scheduling: Prioritize and monitor process orders in line with daily targets.
- SAP ERP: Post confirmations, manage GI/GR transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to QMS guidelines, equipment cleanliness, and documentation.
- Team Training: Conduct functional training for contract workforce to enhance skills.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S practices for efficiency.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with warehouse, schedulers, and leadership to meet customer expectations.

Candidate Profile:

- Degree in Agriculture.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or seed operations.
- Solid knowledge of SAP ERP (PP/MM/QM), seed processing, and compliance.
- Team-oriented, problem-solving mindset with ability to lead improvements.
