We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Operations Manager from the BPO sector with mandatory experience handling Sales and Oeretion both Processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving team performance, improving productivity, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage end-to-end operations for outbound/inbound sales processes in a BPO environment.

✔ Lead, mentor, and motivate Team Leaders and agents to achieve business goals.

✔ Monitor KPIs such as sales conversion, revenue generation, productivity, attendance, and quality metrics.

✔ Ensure consistent achievement of client SLAs and operational targets.





✔ Analyze reports and MIS data to identify performance gaps and implement action plans.

✔ Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.

Skills Required

✔ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in BPO with at least 2 years as an Operations Manager.

✔ Solid knowledge of sales metrics, team handling, and operational reporting.

✔ Proven ability to manage large teams in a target-driven environment.

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
