We are looking for an experienced and responsible Assistant Operation Manager to join our team in Amritsar .

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in healthcare/hospital operations and be capable of managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day healthcare operations.
- Supervise and coordinate with staff and different departments.
- Ensure smooth workflow and effective patient services.
- Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle team coordination, scheduling, and administrative activities.
- Support management in implementing operational strategies.
- Maintain high standards of service and patient experience.




- Resolve operational issues effectively and in a timely manner.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare/hospital operations.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Candidates with relevant healthcare/hospital experience will be preferred.
