Role Description The Operations Manager at Bye Tense will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of client services and efficient functioning of the center. This full-time, in office role in Delhi, India includes managing scheduling, supervising administrative staff, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

The Operations

Manager will optimize processes, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets and resources, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves developing and implementing operational procedures, ensuring a welcoming and confidential environment for clients, and collaborating with leadership on strategic planning and reporting.

Qualifications

Role and ResponsibilitiesPatient Flow: Manage daily scheduling, check-ins, waiting room times, and follow-up reminders.

Staff Management: Supervise front desk receptionists, nurses, or cleaning staff.

Inventory Control:



Monitor medical supplies, prescription pads, and equipment maintenance.

Billing and Records: Handle patient payments, basic bookkeeping, and secure digital or physical medical records.

Compliance: Ensure the clinic follows local health, safety, and biomedical waste disposal regulations.

- Strong operational management skills, including process improvement, workflow optimization, and resource planning.

- Experience in team leadership and people management, with the ability to mentor staff and foster a collaborative workplace

- Competence in administration and coordination, including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping in a client-focused setting

- Financial and analytical skills, such as basic budgeting, cost control, and use of data and metrics for decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients and colleagues.

- Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic operational software; experience with case-management or clinic-management systems is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.

- Prior experience in healthcare, mental health, counseling services, or other client care environments is preferred.

- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
