Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operations across various jewellery manufacturing departments.

- Monitor production orders and ensure timely completion as per production plans.

- Coordinate with departments such as CAD, Casting, Wax, Filing, Setting, Polishing, Plating, Enamelling, QC and Dispatch.

- Track the movement of jewellery jobs/materials from one process to another.

- Maintain daily production and operational reports.

- Follow up with concerned departments regarding pending and delayed jobs.

- Monitor production status against planned targets.

- Coordinate with supervisors and team leaders to resolve operational issues.

- Ensure proper documentation and data entry of production-related activities.

- Check and maintain records of job cards, work orders, material movement and production status.

- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure jewellery meets required quality standards.





- Identify operational delays, bottlenecks and process gaps and report them to management.

- Support inventory/material coordination with stores and production departments.

- Prepare MIS and daily/weekly operational reports for management.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, production procedures and safety requirements.

- Assist management in improving productivity, process efficiency and turnaround time.

- Perform any other operational responsibilities assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced jewellery manufacturing environment, with solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
