– Operations Executive

Location: Bangalore

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations. The role involves handling orders, fulfilment, inventory, deliveries, returns, customer queries, and coordination with logistics partners.

The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage daily orders across the website and marketplaces.
- Follow up with customers for COD confirmation and delivery details.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for packing and dispatch.
- Monitor deliveries and handle NDR, delayed deliveries, and RTO cases.
- Manage returns, exchanges, refunds, and reverse pickups.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, chat, and email.
- Prepare daily reports covering orders, deliveries, returns, inventory, and pending issues.
- Coordinate with courier partners, warehouses, vendors, and internal teams.
- Identify operational issues and ensure they are resolved on time.
- Maintain and improve SOPs and look for ways to reduce manual work through automation and AI tools.
- Ensure packaging materials and other operational supplies are available when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain.
- Experience handling online orders,



deliveries, returns, or inventory.
- Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with e-commerce or logistics dashboards.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working from office and managing multiple tasks at the same time.

Good to Have

- Experience with Shopify or marketplace platforms.
- Experience with warehouse/3PL or logistics platforms.
- Exposure to COD reconciliation and NDR/RTO management.
- Basic knowledge of automation or AI tools.

What We’re Looking For:- Someone who is hands-on, organised, proactive, and takes ownership of tasks from start to finish. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
