We are looking for enthusiastic freshers/interns to join our Kochi office and gain practical experience in courier, logistics operations, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily courier and logistics operations.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide shipment updates.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents.
- Coordinate with customers, courier partners, and internal teams.
- Track shipments and follow up on pickup and delivery.
- Maintain shipment records and documentation.
- Support the team with day-to-day operational activities.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and basic computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Immediate joining preferred.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
