nUni Global Education Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Application Processing Executive to join our team in Guntur.
nThe candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end application processing of students applying to international universities and ensuring that applications are completed accurately and submitted within the required timelines.
nKey Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end processing of student applications for overseas universities.n
- Review student profiles and check eligibility based on university and course requirements.n
- Collect, verify, and organize academic and supporting documents.n
- Prepare and submit applications through university portals and application systems.n
- Coordinate with universities regarding application requirements, application status, and additional documentation.n




- Follow up on offer letters, conditional offers, unconditional offers, and pending requirements.n
- Maintain accurate records of student applications and update the CRM/internal systems.n
- Coordinate closely with counsellors and students throughout the application process.n
- Identify missing or incorrect documents and ensure timely resolution.n
- Track application deadlines and ensure submissions are completed within the required timelines.n
- Maintain regular follow-ups with universities and relevant stakeholders.n
- Stay updated on university admission requirements, intakes, application procedures, and documentation requirements.n

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Overseas Education / Study Abroad / International Admissions industry.n
- Strong practical knowledge of student application processing.n
- Positive understanding of international univers
