- Knowledge in Advance Excel- MIS Report (VLookup, Pivot Table, Formatting, Formulas, Report, etc) N
- Collate the data from respective stake holders and preparing report in MS Excel. N
- Liaising with Institution. N
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices. N
- Ensure adherence to SLAs for response and resolution times. N
- Monitor the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. N




- Achieve and maintain anaverage response time for student queries N
- Monitor the number of issues escalated to higher levels. N
- Identify and address potential issues before escalation. N
- Analysing the data regularly to provide information required by the respective Head of Departments. N
- Maintain and Provide metrics for reporting to the respective stakeholders. N
- Manage Programs and maintain timelines in sending the verification list, release of offer letters. N
- Learn, understand, and assess existing academic operations processes across various Institutes and provide support and improvements. N
