nTHE ROLE
nWe're looking for a highly creative Scriptwriter who understands how short-form content works.
nBut this is not just a writing job.
nYou will be responsible for taking a content idea from:
nIDEA → SCRIPT → SHOOT → EDIT → FINAL REEL
nYou should know how to write viral Reel scripts and also have the ability to direct the execution of your scripts during shoots.
nYou'll work closely with our Videographer, Video Editor,



Models and Creative Team to make sure the final content matches the original vision.

nSCRIPTWRITING & IDEATION

- Write 50–60 creative Reel scripts/concepts every monthn
- Develop viral, fun and engaging content ideasn
- Write strong scroll-stopping hooksn
- Create scripts specifically designed for Instagram Reels and short-form contentn
- Write content that improves:n
- Retentionn
- Sharesn
- Commentsn
- Watch timen
- Viralityn
- Turn trends and internet culture into original content formatsn
- Research trending topics, memes, creators and viral contentn
- Create content for different industries and brandsn

nYour job doesn't end after writing the script.
nYou will also be expected to direct the execution of your content.
nThis includes:

- Explaining the script to the Videographern
- Directing models, hosts and talentn
- Helping decide how a scene should be performed
