nRole Description
nWe're looking for a professional, organized, and client-focused Front Office Manager to join our team at our Lavelle Road studio in Bangalore.
nThis is a key front-facing role responsible for creating an exceptional client experience while managing front office operations, enquiries, sales follow-ups, scheduling, CRM records, and day-to-day studio coordination.
nThe ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with clients, handling multiple responsibilities,



following up proactively, and taking ownership of ensuring the studio runs smoothly.

- Handle incoming calls and client enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channelsn
- Provide accurate information on programmes, pricing, schedules and studio policiesn
- Address routine client concerns professionally and escalate matters requiring management decisionsn
- Build robust and lasting client relationships through proactive communication and excellent servicen
