Job overview The Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth operations, efficient tenant management, and high-quality service delivery. This role involves collaborating closely with leadership on strategic initiatives, managing a team to handle tasks such as tenant search, inspections, repairs, and legal paperwork, and working independently to streamline processes.

The Operations

Manager will drive growth and operational efficiency while enhancing the customer experience through process improvements.

Role & responsibilities:

- Operations Manager will manage operations for portfolio of properties assigned to him/her.
- Will be part of the management team. Will work directly closely with the company leadership & will be a crucial team member of our organization accountable for Operations for portfolio of properties in one city or more.




- Will be involved in key strategic org-wide initiatives. Will work like an ambitious entrepreneur to accelerate growth of the company

:

- He/She will manage properties assigned end to end property onboarding, tenant search, tenant move in/out
- Manage the team of associates to ensure timeliness, quality for all operations like tenancy, inspections, site visit, repairs, legal paper work.
- He/She will manage the operations with efficiency and be expected to work independently and without oversight.
- Implement processes and systems to create seamless customer experience. Where possible, review existing processes, suggest changes to existing processes and create current ones.
- Years of experience 8 to 10 years.

Qualification: BA, BBA, BBM, BCOM, Any Graduate with Operations and Admin experience
