Position:- Operation Manager

About the Role:

- Daily Lifecycle Management: Oversee core operational processes, including participant onboarding, policy documentation issuance, eligibility validation, and claims settlement.
- Workflow Optimization: Evaluate and improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to increase efficiency and lower functional costs.
- SLA & KPI Tracking: Establish, monitor, and report on key production performance metrics to measure productivity and achieve goal targets.

Cross-Functional Support & Risk Management
- Departmental Bridge: Provide incisive operational support to the Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and Legal teams
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all operational workflows and documentation strictly adhere to local insurance regulatory requirements and internal policy frameworks.
- Risk Mitigation:



Identify and analyze operational or financial risks associated with policy administration to minimize organizational loss.

Financial & Budgetary Management
- Budget Oversight: Review, track, and manage departmental financial budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
- Resource Optimization: Direct financial and budget activities to fund daily operations, optimize tech utilization, and maximize profitability.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Relations
- Talent Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor junior operations assistants and coordinators, fostering a culture of qualified growth.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Lead interactions with key third-party system vendors, bancassurance partners, and external service providers to maintain platform availability and resolve complex queries

Education Qualification :- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
