Job Opening – Operations Manager (Andheri/Juhu)

Falcon Multi Services Ltd is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and streamline operations, drive business growth, and ensure effective client servicing. The ideal candidate must hold an MBA qualification and bring strong leadership and coordination skills to manage marketing, recruitment, training, and business development teams.

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month Location: Andheri / Juhu, Mumbai

This role involves monitoring team performance, ensuring client engagement, supporting sales expansion, and implementing systems to enhance overall business efficiency.

Operations Manager The Operations Manager will oversee and operations activities to ensure effective execution of company goals, business growth, client servicing, and team performance. This role will coordinate between BDMs, training operations, recruitment,

EP, and leadership to improve sales, service delivery, data management, and business development performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Review the working of the marketing and operations team to ensure they are performing according to their job

descriptions and salary structure.
- Coordinate daily with each BDM to discuss their activities, sales status, and client data collection and storage.
- Ensure each BDM visits at least 5 potential clients every day and uploads all client visit details into the Falcon

Marketing Portal.
- Expand BDM responsibilities to include inspection services, outsourcing services, and IT services, in addition to

training and recruitment.




- Review the current marketing and operations system and implement recent systems to improve sales and

business performance.
- Communicate directly with clients from time to time to maintain continuity of business, understand client needs,

and support sales growth.
- Monitor that each BDM adds at least 1 new potential client every week to support business expansion and sales

targets.
- Review client agreements and ensure timely payment from all clients.
- Discuss daily with EP about issues, solutions, and work updates.
- Review client-wise monthly sales from previous years and ensure growth of at least 50% every year.
- Track sales targets and payment collection for all BDMs and their clients.
- Coordinate daily with training operations and recruitment teams to review progress and ensure smooth work

execution without complaints.
- Ensure training and recruitment teams deliver services properly for all sales generated by BDMs.
- Collect information about EPC companies worldwide regarding new government and private projects/tenders

and share relevant opportunities with the concerned BDMs.
- Support business development for training, recruitment, outsourcing, IT services, and inspection services.
- Coordinate with EP and project managers for new accreditations, approvals, and vendor registrations with

required organizations worldwide.
- Monitor training and recruitment software and websites and suggest improvements based on market

requirements. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
