Intima Heart & Superspeciality Hospital is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations & Business Head to lead hospital operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellence in patient care and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in hospital or healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily hospital operations, including clinical, non-clinical, administrative, and support services.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue, patient footfall, and market presence.
- Manage P&L;, budgets, cost control, and overall financial performance of the hospital.
- Lead business development initiatives such as doctor onboarding, corporate tie-ups, insurance/TPA partnerships, referral networks, and community outreach.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and hospital policies.
- Monitor patient satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency, and implement improvements.
- Manage and mentor department heads, staff, and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for branding, campaigns, and digital presence.
- Prepare MIS reports and present performance updates to the management.

Qualifications:

- MBA / PGDM in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or Operations.
- Additional qualification in healthcare/hospital management is preferred.

Experience:





- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in hospital operations and business development.
- Experience in a cardiac or superspeciality hospital will be an added advantage.

Skills:
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in P&L; management and business growth.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance/TPA processes, and quality standards.
- Local market knowledge will be an advantage.
