Role & responsibilities

ENGINEERING WATER PRE TREATMENT :-Responsible for operating and monitoring Pre-Treatment, Purified Water (PW), PSG, and WFI systems, including RO, UF, EDI, UV, and Ozone systems through SCADA/HMI interfaces. The role involves CIP, hot water and ozone sanitization, preventive and breakdown maintenance, routine inspection, and troubleshooting of water system equipment. The candidate will also maintain operational logs, maintenance records, water quality reports, SOPs, and validation documentation while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental requirements.

Coordination with QA and Engineering teams during system validation, troubleshooting, and regulatory audits is also required.

ENGINEERING PROCESS :-The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of pharmaceutical process equipment, including vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, filling and capping/sealing machines, sterilization autoclaves, formulation and filtration vessels, garment washing/drying machines, and lyophilizers.



The role involves handling breakdowns promptly, effective troubleshooting, and timely closure, along with carrying out preventive maintenance activities. Candidates should have valuable knowledge of Engineering QMS, including Change Controls and CAPA, and be capable of preparing SOPs, PM checklists, and maintaining critical spares for process equipment.

HVAC:- HVAC System operation and maintenance,AHU System operation and maintenance, PM Activities, HVAC Filter cleaning activities, Maintaining of Environmental conditions.Qualification Diploma/B.Tech Mechanical required.

ELECTRICAL:- Experience in handling electrical shift operations like generators, transformers, pcc, mcc panels operation,Having basic electrical knowledge like 3phase, 1phase connections, MCB's, Motors, Transformers, Generators. Qualification
