Job Title : Assistant Area Sales Manager

Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in Automotive Spare parts Sales and minimum 3 years of experience in Assistant Area Sales Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Role & Responsibilities

Drive Primary & Secondary Sales across the territory

Lead and improve ASE team productivity & target achievement

Develop and manage distributor network

Ensure healthy ROI, stock rotation & claim control

Identify and appoint new distributors

Expand market coverage and strengthen distribution

Monitor and control outstanding / receivables

Ensure effective implementation of schemes, visibility & market execution

Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers and channel partners





Qualification & Skills

Strong knowledge of distributor & dealer network management

Good understanding of Primary & Secondary Sales

Experience in handling and leading a sales team

Solid communication, negotiation & market development skills

Target-oriented and result-driven approach
