The OpportunityWe’re looking for passionate and empathetic Public Speaking & Communication Teachers who believe in inspiring young learners and making learning engaging and meaningful.

You’ll teach students from Grades 1 to 8 through live 1:1 online sessions using Codingal’s structured curriculum and interactive teaching tools. If you enjoy helping children express themselves confidently and thrive in a supportive learning environment, we’d love to connect with you.

What You’ll DoDeliver engaging 45-minute live 1:1 online lessons on Public Speaking & Communication for Grades 1–8 studentsConduct trial/demo classes to showcase course value and personalize learning approachesInspire confidence and self-expression through interactive speaking activities, storytelling, discussions, and quizzesAssess student progress regularly and provide constructive, encouraging feedback to students and parentsSupport student growth by conducting doubt-clearing sessions, PTMs,



and additional guidance classes when requiredCollaborate with curriculum and academic teams to continuously improve lesson delivery and student engagementCreate a positive, empathetic, and motivating classroom workplace for young learners

What We’re Looking ForMust-Have:Must be available to work in US shift timings.Bachelor’s degree preferably in English; Master’s in Linguistics or related fields is highly preferred1–3 years of teaching experience in Public Speaking, Spoken English, or Communication Skills trainingExcellent English communication with accent-neutral fluency, voice modulation, and engaging deliveryStrong empathy and patience while working with young or hesitant learnersComfortable using online teaching tools such as Zoom, PPTs, quizzes, and interactive platformsReliable work setup with laptop/desktop, webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection

Good to Have: Experience teaching K-12 students in online or EdTech environments Familiarity with activity-based and student-centric learning methodologies Ability to create energetic and highly interactive classroom experiences Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving teaching practices





Availability & Commitment Minimum 4 teaching hours daily (approximately 45 minutes per class)Flexible scheduling options based on your availability Must be available for demos, onboarding, and training sessions within the 2-week hiring timeline Weekend and evening availability is an added advantage

Compensation & BenefitsRevenue-sharing model: Earn 30% of the net course class fee paid by your studentsMinimum guaranteed payout of INR 200–400 per class depending on grade, region, and teacher experienceAdditional Monthly Minimum Guarantee up to ₹16,000 during the first 6 months for income stabilityStudent retention incentives with progressive revenue share bonuses up to 14%Extra incentives for:Trial class conversionsHigh conversion ratesNight shift and weekend classesStudent and teacher referralsMulti-student trial sessionsTop 50% of teachers earn over ₹50,000 monthlyTop 10% of teachers earn over ₹1,00,000 monthly
