JOB TITLE : Operator Cable Assembly (OJT Trainee)

DEPARTMENT: Aerospace, Defence & Marine

LOCATION : Devanahalli, Bangalore

ELIGIBILITY:

- B.E./B.Tech graduates in ECE, EEE, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics,

or related streams
- Candidates with less than 50% aggregate marks. Scores with above 50% are not

eligible.

JOB SUMMARY

The selected candidates will undergo structured hands-on training in cable assembly operations within a high-precision aerospace and defence manufacturing environment.

This prospect is specifically designed for engineering graduates who are eager to build practical industry skills and manufacturing exposure, irrespective of academic performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Study cable assembly drawings and prepare materials for assembly operations
- Perform cable laying and cable assembly activities as per work instructions
- Follow SOPs, control plans, and quality standards during assembly operations
- Maintain process discipline, workmanship, and accuracy during assembly activities
- Coordinate with QA teams for inspection and rectification activities
- Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping standards
- Participate actively in structured On-the-Job Training and skill development programs

MONTHLY CTC: Basic 15,000

HRA – 7,500

Other Allowance – 3,574

Gross Salary – 26,074

Employer PF Contribution – 1,800

Medical Insurance – 1,000





Transportation Facility* – 2,450

Monthly CTC – 31,324

*Transportation cost represents the company’s expenditure towards providing pick-up and drop transportation facility between designated locations and the plant at

Devanahalli, Bangalore.

Shift Timings: (Rotational only for Male employees)

1st Shift- 6:10 AM to 3 PM (Females only in this shift)

2nd Shift - 3 PM to 11 PM

Night Shift - 11:30 PM to 6 AM (very few people in this shift)

INTERVIEW ROUNDS:

First Round: Technical Test

Second Round: Technical Interview

Third Round: HR Interview

Fourth Round: Medical Check
