Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Omni Sport Advisor role based in Mumbai. The Omni Sport Advisor will be responsible for promoting an active lifestyle while helping customers find the best sports products to meet their needs.



Key responsibilities include assisting customers, offering expert guidance on sports equipment, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and building customer relationships. The role also involves contributing to store operations and supporting sales objectives.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base
- Passion for sports and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic retail environment
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or sports-related activities is an advantage
