We are looking for an experienced Okta Engineer / IAM Engineer with 59 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, application security, and enterprise authentication solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Okta, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SSO, and identity federation,along with application development experience using Java, Spring Boot, and/or .NET.

Experience with multiple Identity Providers such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, and Ping Identity is highly desirable. The candidate should also have good exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, deployment, and release management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, configure, and support enterprise IAM and authentication solutions using Okta and other Identity Providers.
- Integrate enterprise applications with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, and Ping Identity.
- Develop and integrate secure applications and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and/or .NET.
- Configure Okta applications, users, groups, policies, authentication flows, and lifecycle processes.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs using secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, SSO, token, federation, and IAM integration issues.
- Work closely with application, security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
- Automate IAM configuration, deployments, and operational processes.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, setting promotion, deployments, and release activities.
- Participate in release planning,



change management, production implementation, and post-release validation.
- Support production issues and perform root-cause analysis for IAM-related incidents.
- Create technical documentation, integration guides, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise security and IAM best practices.

DevOps & Release Management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Working knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, build/release processes, and environment management.
- Experience supporting production releases, change management, rollback procedures, and post-release validation.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure is a plus..
