Lere Academy is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketer to join our offline team. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, generating leads, and improving the academy’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and grow Lere Academy’s Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO strategies.
- Develop content ideas for reels, posts, stories, carousels, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and video teams.
- Generate quality leads for courses and admissions through digital channels.
- Analyze website and social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Track competitors, industry trends, and social media trends.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data.





Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile is an advantage.
- Experience in EdTech or education marketing is a plus.
