Role & responsibilities

- Process design by the literature search for the current products/process development.

- Process development in lab scale for RM sourcing, ROS selection, Validation and scale up tests.

- Process validation involving technology transfer from lab scale test to KG lab/pilot scale test.

- Preparation of technical documents based on the lab tests, LNB writing and analysis file.

- Follow the process with safety guidelines while working in the lab and plant as well.

- Interpretation of chemical analysis and instrumental analysis techniques.

- Reviewing the patents and publications for proposing non-infringing ROS and guidelines.

- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines of chemical industry and ISO systems.
