Arena Animation Kankurgachi is looking for a energetic, energetic, and result-oriented Offline Marketing Executive to promote our courses and increase brand awareness through various offline marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with schools, colleges, businesses, and local communities, and organizing promotional activities and events.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute effective offline marketing campaigns to promote Arena Animation Kankurgachi and its courses.

- Conduct promotional activities in schools, colleges, coaching centres, corporate offices, and residential areas.

- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, local businesses, and other potential partners.

- Organize and coordinate seminars, workshops, career counselling sessions, roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns.





- Generate potential student leads through offline activities and submit regular lead reports.

- Conduct field visits and market surveys to identify new marketing opportunities.

- Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other branding materials in targeted locations.

- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for proper follow-up and conversion of leads.

- Develop innovative ideas to increase local brand visibility and student enquiries.

- Monitor competitors' offline marketing activities and provide market feedback.

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing activities, leads generated, and campaign performance.

- Represent Arena Animation professionally during external events and promotional activities.
