About the Role

Parjanya Paper Products is looking for a skilled and experienced Offset Machine Operator to operate and maintain offset printing machines efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of offset printing processes, color matching, machine setup, quality control, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining high-quality printing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor offset printing machines efficiently and safely.
- Set up the printing machine according to job specifications and production requirements.
- Check paper, ink, plates, and other printing materials before starting production.
- Ensure proper registration, color accuracy, ink density, and print quality.
- Perform color matching and maintain consistent colors throughout the production run.
- Adjust machine settings such as ink, water, pressure, speed, and registration as required.
- Conduct regular quality checks during the printing process.
- Identify and correct printing defects such as color variation, misregistration, smudging, ghosting, and ink-related issues.
- Minimize paper wastage, ink wastage, and machine downtime.
- Maintain accurate production and wastage records.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of the printing machine.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager, Pre-Press, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned jobs within deadlines.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of printing materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine and production area.




- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Report machine problems, maintenance requirements, and production issues to the concerned supervisor.
- Assist in improving machine efficiency, productivity, and print quality.

Requirements
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Offset Machine Operator.
- Hands-on experience with offset printing machines is required.
- Good knowledge of offset printing processes and machine operations.
- Knowledge of color matching, registration, ink-water balance, plate setting, and print quality control.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot common printing problems.
- Good understanding of different paper types, GSM, inks, and printing materials.
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in paper products, commercial printing, packaging, labels, cartons, brochures, or other offset printing applications will be preferred.

Salary: Rs.15,000 to Rs.20,000 per month, based on experience and skills. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
