Job Title: Office Boy

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The candidate will be responsible for handling courier-related activities, assisting with housekeeping, and providing general support to managers and employees as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and documents.
- Visit courier offices, banks, shops, or other locations for official work when required.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the office.
- Support the housekeeping team with basic office maintenance and cleanliness requirements.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, or refreshments to employees, management, and visitors when required.
- Assist managers and employees with day-to-day office-related tasks.
- Arrange and move office materials, documents, files,



and other items as required.
- Ensure office supplies and common areas are properly maintained.
- Carry out any other official duties assigned by the Managers or employees from time to time.
- Support the Administration and HR team whenever required.

Requirements
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
- Willingness to handle multiple tasks and support different departments.
- Previous experience as an Office Boy or Office Assistant will be an added advantage.

Employment Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
