Role Description The Nursing Faculty role at NursingPeeth is a full-time position in a Offline format, with primary responsibilities based in Lucknow and some work-from-home flexibility. The faculty member will deliver high-quality, exam-focused teaching for nursing government exam aspirants through classroom sessions and online classes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating subject-specific lesson plans, developing study materials and practice questions, and conducting doubt-clearing sessions.



The role also involves assessing learner performance, providing feedback, and mentoring students on exam strategies and career pathways. Collaboration with other faculty members to refine curricula, contribute to academic content, and support hybrid learning initiatives is expected.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Nursing and applied clinical knowledge relevant to government exam syllabi.
- Experience in Nursing Education, including classroom teaching, online instruction, and learner mentoring.
- Ability to contribute to Curriculum Development for multi-subject nursing exam preparation.
- Subject expertise in Pediatrics and Medicine to teach and design exam-oriented content.
- Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., BSc Nursing, MSc Nursing) from an accredited institution.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience for competitive nursing examinations is highly beneficial.
- Effective communication skills, instructional clarity, and the ability to engage diverse learners.
- Comfort with digital tools, learning platforms, and hybrid teaching (online and offline).
