Job Purpose To build and manage relationships with Virtual program-managed clients, ensuring customer acquisition, retention, and income generation through sales of Assets, Liability, Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, and other TPP products.
Key Responsibilities
HNW Portfolio Management
Interact regularly with customers to build rapport and understand profiles.
Achieve MTD and YTD revenue targets.
Enhance portfolio value and achieve top-line targets for products like LI and MF.
Acquire current customers meeting product criteria and flag them on the system.
Operations, Marketing & Processes
Monitor inward remittances and FCY cheque realization.
Contact 30 unique customers daily for sales calls.
Update CRM with call details, outcomes, and follow-up dates.
Ensure documentation certification for account opening and maintenance.
Identify cross-sell opportunities to position the bank as a one-stop solution.
Customer Service
Deliver quality customer service and resolve queries on the same day.
Inform customers about regulatory or process changes.
Ensure all complaints are resolved within the bank-specified TAT.
Education:
Graduation required; Post-graduation preferred.
Certifications:
AMFI Certification, IRDA Certification,
NRI Product and Regulatory Knowledge.
Key Competencies
Sales and influencing skills, banking product knowledge, planning and organizing, communication, knowledge of competition and trends.
Major Stakeholders
Customers, Branch Banking Team, Operations, NR Product Team, Treasury, Insurance CAM, MF Fund Houses, HSL Personnel.
