We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Record to Report (R2R) to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP Transformation Program. The role involves managing R2R workstreams, collaborating with finance stakeholders, driving project delivery, testing, governance, and ensuring successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) workstream for Oracle Fusion ERP Upgrade.

- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Controllership, and Technical teams to gather requirements and drive solution delivery.

- Manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Oversee testing activities including SIT, UAT, and go-live readiness.

- Track deliverables related to General Ledger, Financial Close, Consolidation, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations, Allocations, and Project Accounting.

- Support user training, change management, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Program-Level Responsibilities

- Adhere to program governance, PMO standards, reporting cadence, and documentation requirements.

- Participate in cross-functional and cross-workstream meetings to manage dependencies.

- Escalate project risks, issues,



and blockers through defined governance channels.

- Collaborate with Data, Business Readiness, and other workstreams to ensure successful delivery.

- Support overall cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

- 6-10 years of Project Management experience with ERP Transformation programs.

- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting R2R, Financial Close, or Finance Transformation initiatives.

- Experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP / Oracle Financials Cloud.

- Solid understanding of General Ledger, Financial Close, Consolidation, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.

- Experience managing testing phases, cutover, and go-live activities.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

- Experience working with global/onshore-offshore teams.
