Process: Hindi Web chat into Telecom Domain

Role: Customer Support

Shift: 7AM-12AM window in that candidate will get any 9 hrs. (Rotational Shift)

Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur Chennai

Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG both can apply)

Salary: 21 CTC and 17 TH

Language: Hindi & English.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via email, chat, and web chat platforms.

Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.

Provide support for English and Hindi chat.

Desired Candidate Profile

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates must be able to read, write, and understand Hindi.

Should have basic knowledge of the telecom process.

Should have typing skills.

Should know how to draft emails.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
