About The Job

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in domestic staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end non-IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to understand and fulfill client hiring requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong sales-oriented approach to successfully deliver candidates and meet business targets.
- Develop a valuable understanding of non-IT roles and corporate hiring requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Job Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in domestic non-IT staffing/recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.




- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Boolean and advanced search techniques is preferred.

Educational Qualification

- MBA / Master's degree preferred.
