We are looking for an NPD professional who is passionate about culinary innovation, food development and creating products that consumers actually love.

In this role, you won’t just benchmark what already exists. You will have the opportunity to create, experiment, innovate and develop new products for some of our leading domestic and international QSR customers.

✨ Create, not just replicate

Lead culinary-led product development and build a strong pipeline of new and innovative products based on evolving customer requirements.

? Work with leading QSR customers

Collaborate with our Key Accounts and Exports teams and work closely with QSR customers across domestic and international markets.

? Turn products into applications

Partner with B2C Marketing and B2B Food Service Chef teams to develop exciting product applications and usage ideas.

? Own the product journey

Get hands-on exposure to formulation, ingredients, specifications, sensory evaluation, stability testing and analytical data.

? Solve real business challenges

Work on product optimization, business continuity and continuous improvement initiatives that directly contribute to business growth.

? Build strong project management skills





Manage multiple innovation projects, priorities and timelines while working with cross-functional teams.

What we’re looking for

Preferred Industry Exposure

Experience with organisations such as Veeba, Cremica, Dr. Oetker, or similar food and QSR-focused companies. Experience working with leading QSR customers such as Domino’s, Yum! Brands, McDonald’s, or other large QSR/Food Service brands will be an added advantage

Experience

10–12 years of relevant experience in NPD / Food Product Development, preferably in a similar profile.

Educational Qualification

B.Sc. / M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Food Technology
