L&V; Tech Fab is looking for an experienced NPD Engineer to join our manufacturing team at Sector 58, Faridabad.

? Experience: 6–8 Years

? Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech – Mechanical

? CTC: ₹4.8–₹7.2 LPA

? Shift: General Shift

? Reporting to: Plant Head

? What you’ll work on• New product development as per customer drawings & specifications

- Sheet metal fabrication and prototype development
- Laser cutting, CNC press brake bending & welding processes
- Development of tacking, drilling & receiving fixtures/gauges
- Prototype trials, dimensional inspection & process corrections
- Coordination with Production & Quality teams for successful product development

⚙️ What we’re looking for✅ Solid knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication

✅ Valuable understanding of GD&T; & engineering drawings

✅ AutoCAD & SolidWorks proficiency

✅ Hands-on experience in fixture and gauge development





✅ Practical problem-solving and manufacturing experience

Experience in Earth Moving / Construction Equipment, Defence, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Pumps or Agricultural Equipment will be preferred.
