We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for MDU Wi-Fi infrastructure across large residential and commercial environments.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, Wi-Fi infrastructure, network security, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networking devices including Cisco routers, Peplink devices, and Ruckus Access Points.
- Support the setup and management of DHCP, DNS, and AAA services.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity, network performance, and server-related issues.
- Monitor network performance and infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds and Nagios.
- Assist with cloud-based network management platforms including Peplink InControl and Ruckus Cloud.
- Configure and maintain network security measures including VPNs, VLANs, WPA3, and 802.1X authentication.
- Perform firmware and software updates for networking equipment and ensure security patches are applied.
- Provide basic network and server support across Windows and Linux environments.
- Log, track, and manage network incidents,



service requests, and escalations using Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Zoho, or similar ticketing platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to resolve network-related issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Network Support or Network Administration.
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Cisco, Peplink, and/or Ruckus networking equipment.
- Strong understanding of DHCP, DNS, and AAA services.
- Familiarity with VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi security, WPA3, and 802.1X.
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Nagios.
- Familiarity with cloud-based Wi-Fi management platforms and controllers.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
- Experience with ticketing and incident management tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹9,703.32 - ₹48,180.32 per month
