The Job A leading organization is seeking an experienced Network Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to support demand management and project coordination activities across Network, IT Infrastructure, and Security environments.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple technology demands across Network, Infrastructure, and Security functions.
- Track demand intake, prioritization, progress, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Support project governance activities and drive adherence to established delivery processes.
- Facilitate alignment with ITIL-based operational practices, including change and incident management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery effectiveness.
