About the Role:

PV Computers, an authorized partner of HP, Dell, and Lenovo, is hiring a Network & Hardware Engineer for field service work. This role involves visiting client locations to install, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, and networking systems.

Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site/field support for hardware and networking issues
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain laptops, desktops, and networking equipment
- Handle repairs for HP, Dell, and Lenovo devices as an authorized partner
- Diagnose issues and provide timely resolutions at customer locations




- Maintain professionalism and build trust with customers during field visits

Requirements:

- Knowledge of hardware & networking
- Solid troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory for field visits)
- Customer-friendly attitude and good communication
- Freshers welcome to apply; prior experience is a plus
