About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead .NET Backend Developer to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of microservices architecture, API development, and cloud integrations.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust RESTful APIs, implementing event-driven solutions, and ensuring the security and performance of our backend systems. The Senior/Lead Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices. Exposure to AI technologies and automation tools is a plus, as we aim to integrate innovative solutions into our offerings.

This position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, and offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong emphasis on .NET technologies. Expertise in C# and .NET 6/8+ is essential, along with a proven track record of building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.



Candidates should have a solid understanding of SOA, event-driven architecture, and message broker solutions such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS, is required, including familiarity with API gateways and serverless functions like Azure Logic Apps or AWS Lambda. Strong knowledge of data formats including JSON, XML, and Protocol Buffers, as well as proficiency in data access layers using Entity Framework Core with SQL Server, is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in design principles such as SOLID, CQRS, and Clean Architecture.

Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to lead technical initiatives are highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and own production-grade RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core, from specifications to deployment, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Implement event-driven architectures by integrating message brokers such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka for asynchronous and decoupled communication between microservices.
- Write optimized querying logic in C# utilizing LINQ, handling various data formats including JSON and XML across multiple microservices.
- Build and maintain clean, efficient data access layers with Entity Framework Core, ensuring secure and reliable database interactions with SQL Server.
- Implement security best practices by configuring OAuth2, OpenID Connect, API Gateway policies,



and end-to-end encryption to safeguard all integration points.
- Automate deployment processes by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, ensuring consistent and repeatable releases.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies such as MS Co Pilot, Amazon Q, and other AI tools, and explore their integration into existing systems to enhance automation and intelligence capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and DevOps to deliver comprehensive solutions aligned with business goals.
- Mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards across the team.
