- Strong business analysis skills able to work with the analytical requirements shared by Product Managers and translate them into clear analytical problems and deliverables.

- Good aptitude and strong logical/analytical reasoning — able to break down complex, ambiguous problems methodically and think structurally.

- Ability to think strategically, handle ambiguity, and work in a quick-paced, limited-structure, multicultural environment.

Technical Skills:

- SQL or another query language is a must, including comfort querying large-scale / distributed data platforms (e.g., Trino/Presto, Spark SQL)



in addition to traditional relational databases.

- Strong Python skills for data analysis and automation (e.g., pandas, numpy), with the ability to write clean, reusable scripts.

- Working knowledge of AI/GenAI tools and automation for analytics — e.g., LLM-based copilots for querying data, prompt-driven analysis, AI agents, or workflow automation for recurring reports and insight generation.

- Experience building conversational (chatbots, voice/text assistants) and non-conversational (rule- or workflow-based) bots/automation solutions is a plus.

- Exposure to statistical or machine learning techniques (forecasting, regression, clustering, anomaly detection) is a strong plus.

- Familiarity with version control and collaborative development tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps) is a plus.

- Experience with a visualization / BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, and comfort working with modern, custom-built dashboarding and BI platforms.

- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
