Multi-Cuisine Chef

Location: Alaara Lakehouse, Gulakamale, Karnataka – 560116

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Cuisine Chef who can prepare a variety of cuisines including Indian, North Indian, South Indian, Italian, and other multi-cuisine dishes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality food as per guest requirements.

Handle vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Manage daily kitchen preparation and minimize food wastage.

Maintain cleanliness and kitchen safety standards.

Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team.

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of multiple cuisines.

Good cooking and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Hotel/resort/restaurant experience preferred.
