About the Role

Cue Creative Labs is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Artist to join our existing creative team and contribute to the development of high-quality e-learning and digital learning content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of motion design, visual storytelling, animation, and video editing. You will work closely with our existing team to transform learning concepts, scripts, and ideas into engaging and visually effective learning experiences.

This role is suitable for both freshers with a strong portfolio and experienced professionals with 1–4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging 2D motion graphics and animated explainer videos for e-learning content.
- Develop animations, transitions, visual effects, and graphical elements based on scripts and storyboards.
- Create and animate infographics, icons, illustrations, diagrams, and educational visuals.
- Work on character animation and other visual storytelling elements where required.
- Edit and assemble video content, including narration, music, sound effects, and visual assets.
- Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for digital learning content.
- Work with instructional designers, graphic designers, video editors, and other members of the production team.
- Interpret scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs and translate them into effective visual content.




- Maintain consistency in visual style, animation quality, branding, and technical specifications across projects.
- Make revisions based on internal and client feedback while maintaining project timelines.
- Explore new techniques, workflows, and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of content production.

Required Skills Candidates should have working knowledge of:

- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Articulate Storyline (Added advantage)
- InDesign (Not Mandatory)

A good understanding of:
- Motion graphics and animation principles
- Video editing and visual storytelling
- Typography, composition, colour, and graphic design
- Timing, transitions, and animation techniques
- Creating visuals specifically for educational and instructional content

Added Advantages Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

- Articulate Storyline
- InDesign
- Character animation
- E-learning content development
- AI-assisted creative and animation tools
- AI image/video generation tools
- Previous experience working on corporate training or educational content

AI tool experience is not mandatory. Candidates who are willing to explore and adopt recent AI-assisted creative workflows are encouraged to apply.
